The core sequence is: colour sorter → roaster → cooling/de-skinning → grinder/colloid mill (fine paste) → mixing (optional salt/oil) → degassing → filling → capping/sealing. Lines are built in food-grade stainless steel, with optional PLC control, at a capacity confirmed per configuration.

The colloid mill is the heart of the line

The grinder/colloid mill produces the fine, smooth paste that defines the product; grind fineness is specified per recipe. Degassing then removes trapped air for a smoother texture and longer shelf life.

Feedstock: monetising splits & pieces

The line runs on splits (S), pieces and brokens — the grades that fetch a discount as whole-kernel exports (see cashew kernels). Turning them into butter is the fastest route up the value chain for an established processor.

Construction, capacity & integration

Contact parts are food-grade stainless steel, with optional PLC automation.
