Everything around
the machines.
A cashew factory needs more than its processing line — a "balance of plant" of packaging, power, material handling and value-addition. Cashew Tech sources and supplies all of it, specified to fit the line we build.
| Sub-cluster | Items | Use in the factory |
|---|---|---|
| Kernel Packaging | PP bags (25 / 50 lb), 1-ton FIBC bulk bags, corrugated boxes | Pack & ship finished kernels |
| Retail Packaging | Form-fill-seal machine, 100 g / 200 g / 500 g / 1 kg pouches | Branded consumer packs |
| Power & Handling | Diesel generator, used forklift, RCN bag conveyor | Run & move the plant |
| Value-Add & Consumables | Cashew butter line, food-grade gloves | Higher-margin product & hygiene |
Kernel Packaging 4
PP bags, bulk FIBC bags and corrugated master cartons to pack and ship finished kernels.
1-Ton FIBC Bulk Bags
An FIBC or jumbo bag is a food-grade woven-PP bulk container holding roughly 500–1,000 kg of cashew — used for Borma nuts, Natural Wholes or bulk kernels, in U-panel or circular construction with an optional PE liner, moved by forklift.
View details →PP Bags — 25 lb
A 25 lb cashew PP bag is a food-grade woven polypropylene sack holding 11.34 kg of finished white kernels, usually with an inner PE liner and packed into corrugated master boxes — the smaller half-unit favoured for premium grades and retail-repack markets.
View details →PP Bags — 50 lb
A 50 lb cashew PP bag is a food-grade woven polypropylene sack holding 22.68 kg of finished white kernels — the standard bulk master unit most processors use to ship kernels in volume, usually with an inner PE liner and packed into corrugated boxes.

Corrugated master cartons are the export-grade outer boxes that hold cashew PP bags, vacuum tins or pouches for shipment — in 3-ply for light loads, 5-ply as the common export standard and 7-ply for heavy or long-haul consignments.

Form-fill-seal machines and printed 100 g–1 kg pouches for branded consumer packs.
1kg Pouches
A 1kg cashew packaging bag is the largest standard retail pouch — a laminated barrier bag for bulk-retail, hotels, restaurants and caterers (HORECA) and wholesale — with heavier-gauge film and a robust closure, printable and nitrogen-compatible.
View details →100g Pouches
A 100g cashew packaging bag is a small laminated barrier pouch — typically BOPP/PET + aluminium foil + PE — sized for a single-serve, sample or impulse purchase, printable for your brand and nitrogen-compatible for freshness.
View details →200g Pouches
A 200g cashew packaging bag is a mid-size laminated barrier pouch — the everyday snack and gift-pack format — usually a resealable stand-up pouch, printable for your brand and nitrogen-compatible for freshness.
View details →500g Pouches
A 500g cashew packaging bag is a larger laminated barrier pouch holding about half a kilogram — the family-size, value-retail format with a strong zip and wide base, printable and nitrogen-compatible.
View details →Retail Packaging Machine
A cashew retail packaging machine is a vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) system with a multihead weigher (or auger filler for butter) that automatically weighs, forms, fills and seals branded 100g–1kg pouches, with an optional nitrogen flush for shelf life.

Backup power, forklifts and intake conveyors that run and move the plant.
Diesel Generator
A diesel generator supplies backup or prime power to a cashew plant where grid supply is weak or absent. Cashew Tech sources and sizes Cummins-engine gensets to your connected load — generator kVA = plant kW ÷ 0.8 — with prime or standby ratings and optional auto-start (ATS).
View details →RCN Bag Conveyor
An RCN bag conveyor is a belt or inclined conveyor — around 8 m — that moves raw cashew nut bags from the truck or store up into the intake and steaming section, replacing slow, injury-prone manual carrying and feeding the line steadily.
View details →Used Forklift
A forklift moves raw cashew nut (RCN) bags, pallets and finished cartons around a cashew factory. Cashew Tech sources reconditioned Toyota forklifts — typically 1.5–3 t, in diesel, LPG or electric — chosen for reliability and cost against a new unit.

A cashew butter line and food-grade gloves — higher-margin product and hygiene.
Cashew Butter Line
A cashew butter processing line is an integrated set of machines that turns roasted kernels — especially lower-grade splits, pieces and brokens — into smooth, shelf-stable cashew butter, then fills and seals it into retail jars or pouches. The sequence runs sorting → roasting → de-skinning → colloid mill → mixing → degassing → filling → capping.
View details →Processing Gloves
Food-grade gloves protect cashew cutters and peelers from caustic cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) and meet HACCP hygiene rules. Two types are used together — a cotton knitted liner for grip and sweat, and an outer rubber, latex or nitrile glove as the chemical barrier.

Request a Supplies Quote →What supplies does a cashew processing factory need beyond the machines?
Beyond the core processing line a factory needs its "balance of plant": kernel packaging materials (PP bags, bulk FIBC bags, corrugated cartons), retail packaging (form-fill-seal machines and printed pouches), power and material handling (a backup generator, a forklift, an intake conveyor), and value-addition and consumables (a cashew butter line, food-grade gloves).
Does Cashew Tech supply packaging and generators too, or only machines?
Yes. Cashew Tech sources, specifies, supplies and installs the full balance of plant alongside the processing machines — packaging materials and equipment, gensets, forklifts, conveyors and consumables. For third-party items such as engines and forklifts it procures and integrates the unit; it does not manufacture those brands.
Can I buy retail packaging and a cashew butter line for value addition?
Yes. A form-fill-seal retail packaging machine and printed 100 g–1 kg pouches let you sell branded consumer packs, and a cashew butter processing line turns lower-grade splits and pieces into a higher-margin finished product.
Why buy supplies from the plant builder instead of separately?
Because everything is specified to fit the line you already run — one point of contact, one delivery and one commissioning. Bag sizes match your grades, the genset matches your connected load, and the conveyor matches your intake layout.
